I checked into my reservation around 10:30pm and one worker was sitting in the lobby, while the others in the back room talking. They all saw me and didn't bother to say a word nor come to the front desk. I had to go to the back and ask if I can get some help. Some black girl came up with an attitude and seemed bothered that she had to help me. After I got my card for the room, I asked what room number I had and what floor it was on (while looking at the card). She stated that it was in the front of my card. I said, floor 323? She replied, no its just the 1st number out of the 3, as if I worked there and should have already known the code they use to determine the floor. I've stayed at cheaper (low budget) hotels with better service. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 stars is because the black gentleman in the morning (4am) was really nice and friendly.

When we got there and tried to get into our room, we couldn't get in. We got a second set of keys, and those didn't work either. The gentleman who was working the desk was able to give us another room right away, which we appreciated. The woman at the front desk in the morning was very nice too. Room was clean and a nice size. The bed was comfortable.

I just needed a decent hotel with a shuttle or airport access. I read all the reviews on the hotels in the area and went back and forth on what to choose. This was my most affordable option and I can't imagine service or stay would have …

I was helped immensely by the wonderful manager April all the way from the airport to the hotel. She went above and beyond to help me find my way and get me to my room safe! It was 100% 5 star service to me.

Very little toilet paper in the bathroom and blood was on my sheets and comforter. The assigned housekeeper had the worst attitude and demeanor and never changed them. I had to complain to front desk to get clean sheets and a comforter.

I had a great experience, my flight was changed for 12 hrs I find this affordable hotel which happens to be less than 15 minutes from the airport. My room was double Queen very clean and Quiet. The pool was awesome and very clean. Staff was professional, my house keeper was Raquel A . who was very accommodating. This will be my hotel from here on out when I visit this state. Thank you so much @comfort inn
